| 摘 要： | 2020年后，我国反贫困事业进入一个新阶段，如何认识和谋划新形势下的体育反贫困战略成为当前亟待探索和解决的新问题。研究认为，鉴于外界贫困语境的变化和体育反贫困自身的发展完善需求，后脱贫时代需要适时地将"体育扶贫"切换成"体育反贫困"的新话语。后脱贫时代要求体育反贫困战略重视缓解体育相对贫困、体育可行能力贫困、统筹城乡体育贫困治理和实现高质量体育减贫，同时要求体育向助力防贫、助力缓解相对贫困和助力乡村振兴转变。为适应这些转变，应尽快从平稳衔接、创新发展和长效推进等方面综合施策。

| Abstract: | After 2020, China's anti-poverty has entered a new stage. How to understand and plan the sports anti-poverty strategy under the new situation is to be explored and solved. In view of the changes in the context of external poverty and the development and improvement needs of sports anti-poverty, it is necessary to switch "sports poverty alleviation" into a new discourse of "sports anti-poverty" in the post poverty alleviation era, in which sports anti-poverty strategy should attach great importance to alleviating sports relative poverty, sports ability poverty, coordinating urban and rural sports poverty governance, achieving high quality sports to reduce poverty. Meanwhile, sports should help prevent poverty, alleviate relative poverty and promote rural revitalization. In order to adapt to the changes, it is necessary to implement comprehensive policies from the aspects of smooth convergence, innovative development and long-term promotion. |
