| 摘 要： | 结合社会发展,分析了高校体育教师角色转换的背景,提出新世纪体育教师的观念应适时转换,指出,体育教师应实现从“传道“者转向学习知识的引路人,从“解惑“者转向发现问题的启发人,从“授业“者转向“创业“的参与人的三个角色转换.并就体育教师转换角色的模式提出相关意见.
