| 摘 要： | 禁止滥用市场支配地位的规定在各国反垄断法中占有非常重要的地位，我国尚无独立系统的反垄断法，分散在其他法律、法规、规章中的反垄断条款零星地包含了一些滥用禁止内容，但这些规定不完善，本身又存在许多问题。借鉴其他国家的做法，完善对滥用市场支配地位的规制是我国反垄断法的重要任务。

| Abstract: | It plays an important role in the Administration by law in the countries to prohibit to abuse the regulations of the market's ascendancy,which hasn't a separate system in our laws. But it distracts in other laws,statutes and legislations,which is not perfect and iffy with itself. So it's an important task to consummate the statutes of abusing market-ascendancy under the reference of other's. |
