| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后，我国竞技体育得到了长足的发展，广东省作为改革开放的前沿阵地，竞技水平也一直处于全国领先地位。通过文献资料法、访问法等研究方法，根据广东省竞技体育的现状与发展趋势．从整体上分析和研究了广东训练竞赛体制的优势与不足。并针对其不足之处提出了改善的方法、发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Since the building of the People's Republic of China,Chinese sports have made a great progress.As the front position of reforming and opening,Guangdong's sports lead in China .With the scientific methods of literary review,interview and so on,the advantage and disadvantage of the competing sports system in Guangdong are analysed.Furthermore,the method of improving the system is suggested. |
