| 摘 要： | 分析了高校学报编辑部的管理现状，认为提升高校学报的核心竞争力必须加强编辑部的团队管理，还就如何加强高校学报编辑部的团队化管理，构建“以人为本”的和谐编辑部提出了看法：明确学报的团队目标，实现团队目标与个人目标的统一；强化编辑部领导的行为修炼；加强信任与合作，增强团队凝聚力；建立科学规范的管理制度和激励机制等。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the status quo of management of university editorial departments,this paper argues that the key to develop the core competence of university journals lies in the enhancement of team management and the establishment of a harmonious and human-driven editorial department.It also elaborates on the methods of enhancing team management,namely,establishing the collective goal of the journal,unifying collective goal and individual goals,improving governance,promoting mutual trust and cooperation and team cohesion and introducing standard management system and incentive mechanism. |
