| Abstract: | Based on the mended framework of enterprise knowledge transfe by Albino, both the security and promotion factors which influence enterprise knowledge transfer were distinguished and discussed. A Double Factor Modle about enterprise knowledge transfer was created and also a conclusion was drawn that only by integrating the both factors can achieve performance in enterprise knowledge transfer. |
