| 摘 要： | 通过对“三坊七巷”和“朱紫坊”两街区的实地调查研究,从历史和文化的视角,运用比较的方法,指出福州历史文化街区所具有的历史、艺术和科学价值及其对现代建筑创作的影响和建设社区和谐生活的作用。并在此基础上提出了福州历史文化街区保护性更新的四项原则及其具体措施。

| Abstract: | Through the practical survey of "Three lanes and seven alleys" and "Zhuzi lanes",the artistic,historical and scientific value of the cultural blocks and its effect on modern architecture creation and its role in creating harmonious community life are stated from the perspective of culture and history.Four protective renewal principles and concrete protection and renewal measures for Fuzhou cultural and historical blocks are proposed. |
