| 摘 要： | 粤东农村是一个宗族势力活跃的社区，宗族势力现今还在不断重建．宗族组织不断渗透地方基层组织，个别地方宗族势力还向黑恶势力发展，引发了个别地方的群体事件，给社会治安带来隐患。只有加快改革，切实解决“三农”问题．提高农村基层的执政能力，才能从根本上抑制宗族势力的抬头。

| Abstract: | Among villages in East Guangdong area,clan power has been influential and is now under reconstruction.Clan organizations are expanding its power into admistration at local levels and worse still,a few of them are developing towards vicious power,which has brought about mass events in some places and hidden trouble to social security.Thus,only by solving these problems and enhancing the administrative ability at villages and towns,can the development tendency of clan power be fundamentally restrained. |
