| 摘 要： | 高职院校的核心竞争力是评估高职院校发展状况的依据之一。通过文献研究，明确高职院校核心竞争力的内涵，并建立评价指标体系。利用德尔菲一层次分析法（D-AHP）确定各指标的权重，构建模糊综合评价模型。实践证明，该模型能够客观、真实地反映高职院校的发展现状，有助于客观评价高职院校的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Core competence is one of the basis in assessing the development of higher vocational colleges. The connotation of higher vocational colleges＇core completing competence was made clear and the assessing index system was constructed. The prop-osition of different index was determined and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built by means of Delphi-Analytic Hier- archy Process （D-AHP）. And practice has also proved that this model could reflect the higher vocational colleges＇current devel- opment objectively and truly, which was benefit for the evaluation of the core competence in vocational colleges afterwards. |
