| 摘 要： | 近期(1996-2003)我国粮食产量出现了较大的波动,中国的粮食安全重新引起社会各界的广泛关注。在分析我国近期耕地资源变化格局的基础上,运用定量分析方法,探讨了耕地资源变化对粮食生产的影响,包括耕地面积、粮食播种面积、粮食总产量的年际变化率以及三者之间的相关关系。结果表明,近期中国粮食总产减少最直接的原因是粮食播种面积的下降,而粮食播种面积的下降一方面与耕地面积的下降有直接的关系,另一方面是农业结构调整、生态退耕等农业政策实施的结果,并由此提出了保障粮食安全的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of food security in recent China (1996-2003) has roused wide concern because of the decrease of overall grain output. This paper analyzes the present state of the changes in cultivation land resources and explores, in terms of qualitative methodology, the influence of the changes upon grain production, including the correlation between the cultivation area, the grain sowing area, and the changing ratio of the overall grain outputs between years. It reveals that the immediate cause for the decrease in recent years comes from the decrease of the grain sowing areas, which on the one hand is related to the decrease of cultivation land and on the other results from the implementation of such agricultural policies as the agricultural structure adjustment and ecological protection. So the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for assuring food security. |
