微波合成苯甲酰苯胺的工艺研究

摘    要:利用微波辐射,以苯胺、苯甲酸为原料合成了苯甲酰苯胺。利用正交实验设计法对影响收率诸因素进行了考察,确定最优工艺条件为:在微波功率200W下苯胺与苯甲酸的摩尔比(原料比)1:1.5、辐射时间5min、反应温度180℃。在此反应条件下,苯甲酰苯胺的收率达到了81.5%。与常规加热反应对比,采用新的微波法缩短了反应时间,提高了反应收率。

Abstract:In this paper, the N-Phenyl benzamide was synthesized under the microwave irradiation using phenylamine and benzoic acid, which are raw materials. From the orthogonal experiments, the factors that influence the yield are studied. And the optimized reaction condition are determined, i.e. irradiation power is 200W, the ratio of phenylamine to benzoic acid is 1 : 1.5, the irradiation time is 5min, and the reaction temperature is 180℃. Under this reaction condition, the yield of N-Phenyl benzamide was enhanced to 81.5%. Compared with traditional heat method, the new microwave method has the advantages of higher yields in a short time.
