| 摘 要： | 大革命失败后,随着浙江省地方财政危机局面的不断加重,地方政权的扩张与推行“二五减租”之间的矛盾日益突出,而这种矛盾的冲突和斗争,不仅严重阻碍浙江“二五减租”的进程,甚至对国民党众多整合乡村计划的推行,也带来了意想不到的严重后果。

| Abstract: | After the failure of the first civil war, the local financial crisis in Zhejiang province became aggravated, and the confliet between the expansion of the local power the enforcement of "the Landlord Discounted at 25%" sharpened, which not only handicapped badly the process of "the Landlord Discounted at 25%", but also brought out unexpected serious results to the enforcement of Kuomindang' s conforming rural plan. |
