| 摘 要： | 海瑞一生高度重视农业生产的发展，关心农民的疾苦。他采取的劝课农桑、保障农民耕地、保护农业劳动力、兴修水利等重农政策在很大程度上维护了农民的利益，促进了农业生产的发展。因此，海瑞的重农政策具有重要的历史意义。

| Abstract: | Hai Rui attached great importance to the development of agriculture, and cared about farmers＇ hardships and sufferings all his life. He implemented some policies which are benefit for the development of agriculture, such as instructing farmers to cultivate, guaranteeing their farmland, protecting agricultural labour, building water conservancy and so on, thus he safeguarded farmer＇s interests to a great degree, promoted the agricultural development. So, Hal Rui＇s emphasis on agriculture policies is of great historical significance. |
