| 摘 要： | 2013年10月,首届全球学习型城市大会在北京召开。通过对可持续发展与学习型城市的概念进行梳理,从社会、经济、生态、技术基础设施等多方面对可持续学习型城市的内涵进行介绍和分析,并从中获得有益于学习型城市建设的启示。

| Abstract: | In October 2013, the first International Conference on Learning Cities was held in Beijing. By combing the concept of sustainable development and learning city, the paper introduces and analyzes the connotation of sustainable learning city from the aspect of society, economy, ecology and technological infrastructure. Then it acquires the inspiration that is conducive to the construction of learning city. |
