| 摘 要： | 旨在加强香港与内地经贸合作的CEPA计划,将粤港澳地区的经济合作与交流提升到制度化建设层面。CEPA签订后,粤港澳三地的经济合作将会越来越密切,它必然要求建立粤港澳高等教育制度化合作的机制。这一新机制一旦建立,将会极大地促进粤港澳三地高等教育的发展水平。

| Abstract: | The start up of CEPA, Which aims to enhance the business cooperation between HongKong and the mainland, will add some new energy to the economic cooperation and communication of the "Big Pearl River Delta". Some new requests will be raised by the new conditions about the cooperation of higher education of the three places-Guangdong province, Hongkong and Macao. Once the new mechanism were set up, it might develop the level of the three places' higher education to a large extent. |
