| 摘 要： | 以虎眼万年青总皂苷得率为指标，采用正交试验法得出纤维素酶酶解最佳提取工艺．结果为酶解时料液比1：15、用酶量1％、酶解温度50℃、酶解时间30min，得率为0．67％．

| Abstract: | With the saponin yield as the index, the paper used the orthogonal test to get the best extraction technolo-gy. The result was： 15 volume of water was used for 1% cellulase at 50℃ and for 30 min, the yield was 0.67%. |
