| 摘 要： | 我国社区体育是体育社会化和体育改革的产物，是社会发展的必然趋势．然而，目前我国社区体育发展还比较滞后，社区基层组织功能不健全，社区区位结构不合理，国民体育意识淡薄，体育消费偏低和体育消费能力与消费欲望背反并存。笔者对这一系列现象分析之后，运用社会学原理在理论上提出了构建我国社区体育的战略目标、指导方针和运行机制。旨在为建立一个具有中国特色的社区体育体系和运行机制作一较为深入的探讨研究。

| Abstract: | Community sport of China, Which is the product of athletic socialization and reformation, is theinexorable trend with developing of society. However, it is underdeveloped at present that primary organization function of community is unperfect, local struture of community is unreasonable, athletic ideology ofcivilian is underestimated. athletic consumption is lower, people desire for sports but they do not have abilityof consumption. After analysing these phenomena, the article uses sociology primary and in terms of theoryputs forward structures of strategy target,guiding policies and operating system of community;sport of China. The purpose of the article is to further research for establishing a system of community sport and operating system with Chinese characters. |
