| 摘 要： | 对青海省体育教师职后教育培训的形式和途径、课程设置、评价体系和管理机制进行研究,并提出相应建议:转变思想观念,加强体育教师职后教育培训工作;拓宽培训渠道,鼓励体育教师积极参加职后教育;集思广益,根据教学需要设置培训课程。

| Abstract: | The paper researches into the forms,the curricular arrangements,the assessment system and the management system of the in-service training of the P.E teachers in Qinghai province from the perspectives of the unique geographic features and humanistic environments of Qinghai province.It also proposes improvement measures,i.e.,transferring ideology and reinforcing the in-service training of the P.E teachers;enriching the training methods and encouraging the participation of the teachers;arranging the courses on the basis of the teaching requirements and the teachers' ideas and suggestions. |
