| 摘 要： | 我国中小学信息技术教育目标是信息素养的培养。但是人文、伦理、道德等内容的缺失使达到这个教育目标缺乏必要条件。特别是法律内容的匮乏是中小学信息技术教育中面临的重要问题。这主要由我国信息技术教育的历史、信息技术教师自身知识架构的缺陷等原因造成。为真正达到这个教育目标，应采取必要的措施，在中小学信息技术教育中增加民法、刑法的相关内容，并且从教师队伍建设、教材的修订、学科课程的整合等方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | At present, the goal of information technology education in primary and secondary schools is to cultivate the information literacy in China. However, the lack of humanities, ethics and morality prevents the achievement of this education goal because of the lack of necessary conditions. In particular the lack of legal content is an important problem, which is mainly from the history of information technology education of our country, and the inadequacy of information technology teachers＇ knowledge framework. To really achieve the goals of education, necessary measures should be adopted, that is, increasing the relevant content of civil law and criminal law in the information technology education in primary and secondary schools, reforming from the aspects of teaching staff construction, teaching materials revision and curriculum integration. |
