| 摘 要： | 备课组是教师开展教学与研究的主要阵地，在教师的专业成长中有着不可替代的作用。在“新基础教育”理念的推动下，备课组以教研组为依托，通过理论学习和反复实践走出了一条从困惑到清晰的课型研究之路；在教材研究的过程中组建形成了“学习、互动、合作、创新”的备课组文化；备课组也使教师体验到合作的成效和成长的快乐。

| Abstract: | Lesson planing group is the main place where teacher teaching and research, and play an irreplaceable role in the professional development of teachers. Driven from the idea of New Basic Education＂, lesson planning group, based on teaching and reasearch group, break a lesson styel reaserch way from confucious to clear by theoretical study and repeat practice. In the process of teaching material research; the cultural of ＂learning, interactive, cooperation, innovation＂ in lesson planning group have been formed; it also helps the teachers experience the effectiveness of cooperation and the happiness of growth. |
