| 摘 要： | 通过对高校排球课余活动现状与特点的分析,针对制约高校排球发展的六人制场地,开发设计成六种不同大小适合高校以娱乐健身为主要目的的活动场区,并适当简化规则,调整网高,使之有利于高校排球运动的发展。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the present situation and characteristics of spare time college volleyball sports,in order to deal with the problem of six-player-field which has limited the development of college volleyball game,the author tries to redesign 6 types of activity fields with various sizes to suit the purpose of entertainment and fitness in colleges.Besides,relevent rules are simplified,the height of nets is readjusted so that they are beneficial for the development of college volleyball game. |
