| 摘 要： | 洛阳市农村家庭总收入与消费呈现高度的相关关系,当农民的总收入变动一个单位,农民的总消费平均变动0.803个单位,由此可见,农民的收入是影响消费的主要因素。但当前洛阳市经济发展中农民收入增长缓慢制约了农村消费的增长。针对这些问题,政府应该采取一系列的应对措施,增加农民收入,增强消费对经济的拉动作用。
