| 摘 要： | 宪政是研究授权立法监督的逻辑起点、理论基石和最高价值准则。因此，要在宪政原则指导下不断完善我国授权立法监督体系，把握宪政原则在授权立法监督中的作用，探寻该体系在法的应然状态与突然状态矛盾间的平衡点，进而推进我国授权立法监督建设。

| Abstract: | Constitutionalism is the logical starting point, the theory basis and the ultimate value standard of studying the authorized legislation supervision. Thus, under the guidance of the principle, we ought to constantly improve the Chinese system of the authorized legislation, adhere to the function of the constitution in the legislation, and explore in the system the balance of the conflict between the normal and abrupt states of the law in order to advance the building of the authorized legislation supervision of China. |
