| 摘 要： | 新时期高职院校思想政治工作价值取向呈现新的特点。思想政治工作"以人为本"就是把人看作具有独立个性和人格的主体,调动人的主动学习积极性、创造性,使人们树立起科学的世界观、人生观、价值观。坚持以人为本的工作理念,并把其摆在核心位置,创设良好的育人环境,发挥思想政治工作在高职院校中的作用。

| Abstract: | In the new era,ideological and political work in Vocational College presebts new characteristics."People-oriented" is to view human being as an independent person,to give full play to the learning initiative and creativity so that people establish a scientific world outlook,outlook on life and values.Adhere to the concept of people-oriented work,and place it in the core position,create a good education environment,thus to play the ideological and political work in the role of higher vocational colleges. |
