| 摘 要： | 作为传播批判学派的一个分支,格拉斯哥媒介研究小组是英国媒介研究领域的一支重要力量。格拉斯哥媒介小组以电视新闻作为研究对象,力图揭示权力与真相之间的关系;采用定量和定性结合的新受众研究方法;秉承英国文化研究的意识形态批判传统,反思媒介的启蒙功能;强调媒介在促进民主进程方面至关重要的功能。

| Abstract: | Glasgow University Group,as a branch of critical school of communication,is an important media study bureau.Taking TV news as their objectives,the group tries to disclose the relationship between power and truth;in the meanwhile they developed a new audience method characterized with qualitative and quantitative analysis.What's more,the group inherited the tradition of ideological critique of Cultural Study,and reflected the media's function of Enlightenment and promoting democracy. |
