| 摘 要： | 要从根本上破解高职生就业难问题,就必须构建以职业生涯规划为指导的就业力培养体系。文章从高职院校职业生涯规划教育的现状及存在问题入手,围绕"规划、就业、创业"这一主线,分析了其对高职生就业与创业的意义和影响,提出促进高职生就业创业的途径和方法,着眼培养科技创新型人才,切实提升高职生的就业力。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the difficult problem of employment of higher vocational school students fundamentally,we must construct the employment training system for the guidance of occupation career planning.The article starts from the current situation and existing problems of the occupation career planning in higher vocational colleges,around the masterstroke of "planning,employment,entrepreneurship",to analyze the significance and influence of vocational college students’ employment and entrepreneurship,put forward the approaches and methods to promote the employment of higher vocational school students,to focus on training creative talents,and promote the employment ability of higher vocational college students. |
