| 摘 要： | 传统金工学习已不能适应新世纪人才培养的要求,为更好搞好金工实习,在金工实习中,要结合专业方向与就业特点,加强素质教育,培养学生能力。为保证实习质量,教师要参与工厂管理,要拓宽实习范围,增加了《工程材料与热处理》、《互换性与测量技术》的专题讲座与相关实验,实验部分由教师亲自授课与指导,形成一定特色。

| Abstract: | Because traditional metalworking practice is not suitable for the requirements to the students' training at present. Therefore, during metalworking practice, students' competence and capability should be strengthened according to their professional and occupational orientation, and teachers should participate in the management of practice workshops. In order to expand the scope of practice, lectures and related experiments on "engineering material and heat-treatment" and "interchangeability and measure" should be added. Teachers themselves should deliver lessons and instructions about experiments as well. |
