论教学智慧的内涵、特征与生成要素
摘    要:教学智慧是教师个体在教学实践中,依据自身对教学现象和教学理论的感悟,深刻洞察并敏锐机智、高效便捷地应对教学情境而生成融通共生、自由和美的境界的一种综合能力。教学智慧是实践性存在方式的一种表达,实践性是其基本属性。在具体的教学实践中,教学智慧主要表现为个性化、集成性、创新性、高效性和动态性等五个基本特征。教学经验、教学思维力和教学执行力是生成教师教学智慧的基本要素,三者的高度发展与融合,成就了高水平的教学智慧。

On the Connotation,Characteristics and Forming Elements of Teaching Wisdom
Abstract:Teaching wisdom is a kind of comprehensive ability created by teacher individuals effectively and promptly responding to the teaching circumstances with profound penetration, acumen and tact so as to reach harmonious intergrowth, freedom and beauty according to their affection and realization to the teaching atmosphere and teaching theory in teaching practice. In the course of teaching practice, teaching wisdom is a kind of expression of practical existence with practice as its basic nature, mainly giving its expression to the five basic characteristics of being individualized, integrated, innovative, effective and dynamic. Teaching experience, teaching thinking ability and teaching executive ability are the basic elements to form teachers' teaching wisdom. The highly development and integration of the three elements give birth to high-level teaching wisdom.
