摘    要:对KRK22,KRK26,KRK23,云烟87和红花大金元5个烤烟品种叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量和硝酸还原酶活性的动态变化规律进行了研究,结果表明:1.现蕾后整个发育过程中,KRK26叶绿素平均含量整体最高,与其余4个品种之间存在显著差异.KRK22,KRK23,云烟87和红花大金元叶绿素平均含量差异不显著,比较而言云烟87和红花大金元叶绿素在现蕾后降解速度较快.2.津巴布韦引进品种的上部烟叶类胡萝卜素含量整体较高;对于中部烟叶,红花大金元和KRK26的类胡萝卜素含量较高,其次为KRK23和KRK22,云烟87最低.3.KRK26品种的硝酸还原酶活性在现蕾后整个过程中相对较高,随生育期的推进其活性下降速度较慢,后期氮代谢强度高于其它品种.

Abstract:Changes of pigment content and nitrate reductase activity in five flue-cured tobacco varieties (KRK22, KRK26, KRK23, Yunyan87 and Hongda) were studied. Results showed 1. The variety of KRK26 had the highest mean chlorophyll content from budding to harvesting. There was no significant difference in chlorophyll content among the other four flue-cured tobacco varieties, while Yunyan87 and Hongda bad relatively rapid degradation rate of chlorophyll compared with KRK22 and KRK23. 2. Zimbabwe varieties had higher caroteniod content in supper leaves. For middle leaves, the content of caroteniod was Hongda 〉 KRK26 〉 KRK23 〉 KRK22 〉 Yunyan87. 3. Nitrate reduetase activity of KRK26 remained at a relatively high level with slow degradation rate during the whole stage, which indicated stronger nitrogen metabolism than others.
