| 摘 要： | 九年义务教育是基础教育，这是根据学生身心发展特点、中小学教育的性质和社会发展的需要确定的，它的主要任务是培养学生的基本素质。九年义务教育新课程根据学生身心发展特点设计学校的课程内容和学习活动，根据现代科技发展趋势培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，形成与终身教育发展理念相适应的学习习惯和学习方式，形成与现代社会发展需要相适应的基本素质和发展潜能。

| Abstract: | The nine-year compulsory education is the basic education, which is set up according to the characteristics of the student's physically and mentally development, the quality of the middle and elementary and secondary education and the requirement of the social development. It is the main task to cultivate the student's basic quality. The new curriculum of the nine-year compulsory education is designed for the content of the school courses and study activities on the basis of the student's body and mind development, fostering the student's innovation spirit and practical ability in the light of the developing trend of the modern science and technology, making the student form the learning habit and the learning approach meet the lifelong education development concept, and forming the elementary quality to develop latent ability to suit the modern social development. |
