| 摘 要： | 分析了我国现行的主要重大科技项目的内涵与特征,从农业高校可以承担基础研究及应用基础研究、科技攻关与高技术发展研究、农业科技成果转化与示范推广类重大科技项目三方面入手,分别对我国现行的涉农重大科技项目资助政策进行全面解读,并进一步探讨了我国重大科技项目资助政策的优径径. |
