| 摘 要： | 本文就上海市农村中学女体育师资队伍现状抽样调查,分析了上海市农村中学女体育师资队伍在年龄结构、学历结构。职称结构等方面存在的问题,认为:(1)加强农村中学女体育师资队伍的建设已迫在眉睫。(2)农村中学女体育教师学术观念淡薄、缺少学科带头人,科研能力差等问题严重制约农村中学体育的发展。

| Abstract: | According to the selective examination on the present situation of troops of the women physical teachers in the countryside in Shanghai., This essay analyses the problems of age structure, record of formal schooling structure, the title of a technical teachers in the countryside schools in Shanghai, it emphasizes:(1) It's extremely urgent to strengthen the women physical teachers of the country side schools at quality (2) The problems consisting of these teachers whose sense of academic is blunted lacking the leaders of courses with bad ability to engage in scientific research, seriously restrict the development of the physical cause in the countryside schools. |
