| Abstract: | College music teachers and music workers are groups with their own special psychological status in the industry.This paper attempts to discuss how to adjust the psychological particularity of music teaching and the psychological status quo of music teachers in Colleges and universities to improve the quality of teaching is an urgent problem.Through the psychological analysis of music teachers,this paper puts forward effective ways of psychological adjustment and health care. |
