| 摘 要： | 小学的教育质量取决于教师的素质水平,而职业道德建设是提高教师素质的关键。近年来,部分小学教师出现了价值观模糊、爱岗敬业精神弱化、创新精神不足等问题。在分析了小学教师职业道德方面存在问题及原因的基础上,提出了在具体的教育实践中加强和改进小学教师职业道德建设的对策。

| Abstract: | The quality of primary school education depends on the quality of teachers,and professional ethics construction is the key to improving teachers'quality.In recent years,some primary school teachers have experienced problems such as vague values,weakened dedication,and lack of innovative spirit.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of primary school teachers'professional ethics,the countermeasures for strengthening and improving the construction of primary school teachers'professional ethics in specific educational practices are proposed. |
