基于UMU平台“内科护理学”翻转课堂的实践研究

摘    要:“内科护理学”是一门综合性应用学科,学好“内科护理学”是学好临床护理专业课程的关键。为探讨基于UMU移动互动平台“内科护理学”翻转课堂的教学实践效果,分别将2018级105名、2017级93名护理学专业学生作为实验组及对照组,2018级同学采用基于UMU移动平台的翻转课堂授课方式,2017级同学采用传统的课堂授课方式。结果显示,实验组学生的学习效果好于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),94.3%的学生对该课程这种教学方式的改革表示满意。实践研究表明,基于UMU移动互动平台翻转课堂教学模式在“内科护理学”课程的教学中效果良好,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Internal Medicine Nursing is a comprehensive applied subject,and learning Internal Medicine Nursing well is the key to learning clinical nursing courses well.In order to explore the practical effect of flipped classroom teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing based on UMU mobile interactive platform,105 nursing students in 2018 and 93 nursing students in 2017 were selected as the experimental group and the control group respectively.The students in 2018 were taught by flipped classroom teaching method based on UMU mobile platform,while the students in 2017 were taught by the traditional classroom teaching method.The results showed that the learning effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).94.3%of the students were satisfied with the reform of this teaching method.The practical research shows that the flipped classroom teaching model based on UMU mobile interactive platform has good effect in the teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing course,which is worthy of promotion and application.
