| 摘 要： | 为了提升应用型本科高校人才培养的质量,针对工科类的专业人才培养体系进行改革,基于产教融合、校企合作的模式来探讨如何提升工科人才培养质量。对当前应用型本科高校的产教融合的现状进行分析,提出相应的对策,从人才培养模式、校企合作模式、资源配置模式提出改革的措施,通过相应的评价机制对合作模式的效果进行分析,得出坚持产教融合、校企合作的人才培养模式,是应用型本科高校工科类专业的改革必由之路。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,the reform of the professional talent training system for engineering disciplines is carried out.Based on the model of integration of production and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises,how to improve the quality of engineering talents training is discussed.This paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of production and education in the undergraduate colleges and universities,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The reform measures are proposed from the personnel training mode,the school-enterprise cooperation mode and the resource allocation mode,and the effect of the cooperation mode is analyzed through the corresponding evaluation mechanism.It is the only way to reform the engineering majors in applied undergraduate colleges. |
