摘    要:为响应国家加快建设高水平本科教育,全面提高人才培养能力的号召,院系探索实施了三届的本科生导师制教学。本科生导师制是对传统本科教育模式的补充,让师生之间的沟通更为紧密,为培养高素质人才提供了一种新的途径,在大部分本科生中反响较好。但在实施本科生导师制的过程中也遇到了一些问题,文章对本科生导师制教学实践做了总结和思考,分析目前本科生导师制面临的问题,探讨解决的方案,不断完善本科生导师制。

Abstract:In response to the country's call to speed up the construction of high-level undergraduate education and comprehensively improve the ability of talent training,the colleges and departments have implemented undergraduate tutorial system for three years.The undergraduate tutorial system is a supplement to the traditional undergraduate education model,which makes the communication between teachers and students more convenient,and provides a new way to cultivate high-quality talents.However,some problems have also been encountered in the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system.This article summarizes the teaching practice with the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system,analyzes the current problems faced by undergraduate tutorial system,discusses the solutions so as to continuously perfect the undergraduate tutorial system.
