| 摘 要： | ＂假合作＂和＂合作假＂是目前我国产学合作艰难的现状,其原因是企业的＂被参与＂。企业＂被参与＂的原因则是产学合作中没有利益契合点。从探讨产学合作成功的关键——利益契合点入手,分析境外成功利益契合点的特点与启示,提出了我国产学合作应把＂政府管控＂和＂师资培养＂作为利益契合点并论述了实现途径。

| Abstract: | The difficult situation of ＂Sham cooperation＂ and ＂Cooperation sham＂ is caused by the truth that no common points of benefits exists and enterprises are reluctant to be involved in the cooperation.On the basis of the key to the Cooperation between Production and Teaching（CPT）,common point of benefits,the paper analyzes the characteristics and inspiration of CPT in other countries,puts forward that ＂government＇s supervision＂ and ＂ teachers＇ training＂ should be the common points of benefits in CPT in our country and illustrates the way to realize it. |
