| 摘 要： | 近年来,河南中小企业融资难问题在不断加深,突出原因是金融市场发展滞后,特别是中小银行弱小、多层次资本市场残缺。发展区域资本市场,能够辐射带动多渠道投融资体系的形成和发展,推动金融市场法规的完善,还将促使中小企业完善治理结构、提高自身素质。因此,建设区域性资本市场,是破解河南省中小企业融资难的突破口。

| Abstract: | SMEs’ difficult financing problem in Henan is deepening;an obvious reason is the lag in the financial market development,especially the weakness of small and medium banks and the incompletion of multi-level capital market;it has seriously restricted the healthy and rapid development of regional economy.To develop regional capital market we can drive the development of multichannel system in investment and financing,put forward the course of perfecting law and regulation in financial market and promote the governance structure of SMEs and their own quality.Therefore,in order to crack the financing difficulties of SMEs,constructing regional capital market is put forward as a breakthrough;meanwhile,relevant advice is given from the reality of Henan. |
