| Abstract: | The land possession system in ancient China displays specifically legal culture in ancient China. Studying the developing of ancient Chinese land possession system and its pattern will be helpful to draw positive aspects from it, which may be suitable in modern Chinese society. This will be of great signifiance to enrich and perfect our country＇s modern property right system. |
