| 摘 要： | 高职院校内涵建设的核心要素包括主体、过程和机制等不同层面的内容,这些要素最终都归集于专业,要素的建设过程与水平最终体现在专业建设过程与水平上,所以专业建设是高职院校内涵发展的核心和主线。高职院校必须围绕区域产业发展办好专业,在专业的转型升级中增强内涵发展能力和社会服务能力。外部适应上,要依据区域产业集群建设专业集群,对应社会职业带移动确定培养规格及层次目标;内部适应上,要通过深化校企合作提高专业人才培养质量,并与区域内高职院校进行专业错位发展,与应用型本科院校衔接培养、合作育人。
