粗对苯二甲酸的熟化动力学实验技术

摘    要:粗对苯二甲酸的高温熟化是一个复杂过程,动力学实验研究的难点在于3个方面,即反应条件的控制,熟化浆料在高温高压下的液固瞬间分离取样与样品的分析测试。该研究开发了一项新颖有效的气、液、固3相熟化动力学实验技术,较好地解决了上述难题。该实验技术为粗对苯二甲酸的熟化动力学研究提供了可靠的实验手段。

Abstract:Aging of crude terephthalic acid (CTA) particles at elevated temperatures is a complicated process. The experimental difficulties for the kinetic studies lie in three aspects, i. e. the control of the aging condition, the transient liquid- solid separation of aging slurries, and the analysis of the particle size distribution of CTA and the micro concentration determination of the impurity 4- CBA. In this paper, a novel experimental technique on the gas- liquid solid aging was developed to study the aging kinetics of CTA particles. This technique provides an effective and reliable experimental means of the studying aging kinetics of CTA particles.
