| 摘 要： | 公共事业管理专业是适应市场经济体制改革和新型公共事业管理体制需要而设立的新专业。基于该专业人才培养目标之上的学生就业取向和学生的就业现实产生了悖离，在分析其原因的基础上提出一定的对策建议，对公共事业管理专业的发展和学生的就业均具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The specialty of Public Utilities Management has been set up to satisfy the need of the reform in the market economy system and of building new public utilities management system. However, some problems arise from educational goals and employment reality. Therefore, it is of great practical use to further develop the specialty and better prepare students for future employment through analyzing the hidden reasons for the problems and suggesting some countermeasures. |
