| 摘 要： | 贝卡里亚在《论犯罪与刑罚》一书中阐述分析了犯罪的本质与刑罚的目的，提出了罪刑法定主义、罪刑相适应原则等关于刑法原则的思想、犯罪的标准和刑罚适用原则思想及犯罪预防思想，作为现代刑法启蒙思想对当今世界各国刑法理论影响深远。

As a enligh tened thinker on criminal law,he gives profound and far-reaching influence to many countries in the world. |
