| 摘 要： | 高职教育政企校协同框架下办学体制机制创新是对以学校为单一主体的办学模式的纠偏,核心是理顺各参与方关系,明确企业主体责任,创新合作动力与合作路径,优化分配机制,形成稳固持续的合作关系。"PRL互嵌式区园企校共发展"办学体制机制创新,以董事会为平台(P),以人才培养和科技服务为路径(R),从学校、系部、专业、课程4个层次(L),构建起基于利益分配为动力的校企合作体制机制,探索了新的办学模式。
