| 摘 要： | 心脏作为影响运动能力的重要器官其作用广泛,同时,不同运动对心脏及其功能亦产生不同影响,从能量代谢的角度,阐述了运动对心脏及其能量代谢影响的研究进展,并对今后心脏与运动关系的研究方向提出建议和展望。

| Abstract: | This article carries on the summary of the relations between the sport and heart.Different influence was observed when different movement was carried out,being explained on the view of energy metabolism.The proposal and the forecast on the relation study between heart and sport were put forward. |
