| 摘 要： | 在竞走教学上试图改变目前教材上的常规教法，拟采用通过对竞走技术的分析指出其技术上的关键，并对其关键技术如防止腾空、防止屈腿、骨盆的运动及其作用与下肢快速省力的技术提出教学方法，使基层教师和教练便于掌握与操作。

| Abstract: | in speed walking teaching the general teaching methods described in current used teaching materials were tried to change. By analyzing speed walking technique the key skills were pointed out. The importantskills, such as the prevention of flight and bending of leg, the motion and function of pelvis as well as skillsfor saving strength in lower limbs were put forward, so that teachers and coaches at the grass roots will beeasy to master and operate. |
