| 摘 要： | 高职教育承担着为社会培养高素质技能型劳动者的重任,而顶岗实习是创新工学结合人才培养模式的重要途径。顶岗实习涉及学校、学生、企业,面临的问题很多。构建三方协调的质量保障体系是确保顶岗实习顺利实施的关键,也是培养一线高技能人才的需要。三方协调的质量保障体系包括组织管理体系、质量标准体系、考核评价体系。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education shoulders an important task of talent cultivation of high-skill and high-quality.Post practice is an important way of talent cultivation model in combining learning with working.It involves schools,students and companies and faces many problems.Constructing quality assurance system containing the three parties’ coordination is the key to success in post practice.It is also the need of cultivating front-line talents with high skills.This quality assurance system includes organized management system,quality standard system and evaluation system. |
