| 摘 要： | 信息资源是现代社会发展的重要资源。在信息资源的建设与利用中,高校居于非常重要的地位。我国高校目前在信息资源建设和利用方面还处于基础阶段。提高高校信息资源建设与利用的水平,既是教育信息化建设的基础工作,也是教育信息化建设的长期任务,而科学研究和人才培养则是推动信息资源管理良性发展的双轨。

| Abstract: | Information resources are the important resources for the development of modern society. Universities play a crucial role in the construction and use of information resources. Now universities in China are still at a basic stage in terms of the construction and use of information resources the construction and use of information resources. The improvement of the construction and the use is not only a basic task but also a long-term task of construction of educational information alization, and scientific research and professional cultivation is a double track to promote the good development of information resources. |
