| 摘 要： | 知识管理是以创新为核心的新一代管理模式,它首先适用于新兴的“知识型”企业。这一全新的管理理念用于图书馆,使图书馆经历了一个从文献组织,到信息管理,最后到知识管理的一个转化。本文考察了图书馆引入知识管理的背景,重点阐述了知识管理的主要内容,探讨了知识管理实施以及构建现代图书馆管理机制的条件。
